WELCOME TO ADventure - OUR SCHOOLS OUTREACH PROGRAMME

In collaboration with our network of leading industry partners, plus organisations including Common People and Founders4Schools, we are on a mission to diversify the talent pipeline at a crucial stage when young people consider their career choices.

We have a goal of reaching 100,000 school children aged between 14 and 18 from under-represented backgrounds, with a simple message - this industry has a job for you.

Our programme sees our industry supporters return to their old schools to deliver an inspiring career talk highlighting the various roles within the industry, many of which do not need a degree to succeed in.
