WELCOME TO ADventure - INSPIRING YOUNG MINDS FOR MARKETING, MEDIA & ADVERTISING CAREERS
We are on a mission to diversify the talent pipeline entering the marketing, media and advertising industries by encouraging young people to consider these dynamic industries as they make their career choices.
Our goal is to reach 100,000 young people aged between 14 and 18 from under-represented backgrounds with a simple message – this industry has a job for you.
In collaboration with the award-winning changemakers at Brixton Finishing School and with a network of leading organisations including Founders4Schools, we deliver career talks in person and online at schools and youth groups.
Our ADventure programme sees our diverse pool of supporters – all of whom work in the industry – go back to school or to a youth organisation, to deliver an inspiring and informative career talk highlighting the various roles within the industry, many of which do not require a degree.

We’re reaching 14-18 year olds with our mission as they start to think about their direction after school or college. After the ADventure programme, we have courses open to 18-30 year olds.
