So, who are we?

We are award-winning Brixton Finishing School, an end-to-end solution to the creative industry’s diversity challenges! Our mission is to build an equitable superhighway into work for underrepresented talent. We deliver our partners work-ready, diverse talent from communities across the UK.

Research has shown key barriers to industry entry include awareness, perceived attainability and access. It’s the largest survey of entry-level underrepresented talent in the creative industries.
