LEARN FROM THE BEST DIGITAL, ADVERTISING, TECH AND CREATIVE MINDS IN THE UK!

NOW OPEN TO ALL 18-25 YEAR OLDS ACROSS THE UK

Who We Are

We offer a FREE 10-week programme for 18-25 year olds which delivers a premium learning experience for our students through a mixture of lessons and real-world advertising experience.

We reach out to ‘under-represented’ groups in the creative industries (Multi-Cultural, Working Class, NeuroDiverse, Female) to find those with untapped potential.

Our big name industry sponsors create a pool of entry-level roles just for graduates of the course. Last year we delivered a 95% employment success rate.

Brixton Finishing School disrupts the way the Creative, Advertising, and Tech Industries recruit talent. We are an ‘end to end ‘ solution to the industry’s diversity challenges.

Felicity Gardiners @RocketMill final piece of advice is to be yourself and make sure your personality comes across, show confidence and passion as this goes a long way #ADCelerate

The final piece of advice from James Herriotts @TheTradeDesk is also in persistence. It is okay to go for a job and not get it, there is a lot of competition out there but keep going #ADCelerate

Final piece of advice from Kathryn Perry @saatchilondon is don’t be afraid to ask questions, nobody expects you to have all the answers or all the experience #ADCelerate

One final piece of advice from Jacob Knox Hooke @PHD_UK is to be persistent, apply for the job and if you don’t get it, get feedback, feel the disappointment but pick yourself up and go again #ADCelerate

Kathryn Perry from @saatchilondon explains that being able to learn new platforms and tech and demonstrating this is more important than mastering one
