#CannesForAll – Fatboy Slim and comedian Rob Mayhew to donate 1% of Lions earnings

Fat Boy Slim and Rob Mayhew have pledged to donate 1% of their earnings from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity to the CannesForAll initiative. Their support comes in response to a call for contributions to help foster representation at the festival. The initiative has already funded a cohort of 14 female talents of color to attend the festival.

The aim of the initiative is not only to build an equitable path into the industry but also to ensure fair opportunities for those who arrive. The Cannes festival, being an exclusive club that shapes future leaders, requires proper representation.

This call for equity and inclusion extends to everyone, inviting individuals to contribute to the cause. Donations can be made via the initiative’s GoFundMe page.

CannesForAll is a collaborative effort between Brixton Finishing School, digilearning, and lollipop mentoring CIC. Gratitude goes to digilearning for leveraging their relationships and to all the partners who have made donations.

Special thanks to Campaign Magazine UK for their support.
